Hi! I’m Debra. My experience spans many industries including education, healthcare, and tech. I’m always looking for ways to improve upon systems and make them better. Throughout my years, I found myself fascinated by occupational wellness. It’s my passion and the thing that drives me everyday. And many people don’t realize just how important it is to our overall health and happiness.
So, I started focusing on helping people achieve occupational wellness and adapting my clinical skills to help people on a broader scale to find positions that work for them.
So often, we’re told that there is a certain way to do something, a specific path to achieve success. A right way and a wrong way.
The truth is, there isn’t one right way to do it!
I know!
I’ve experienced it firsthand. I’ve bucked the traditional path since childhood. I’ve also tried following the paths that they told me were right. I found I was always happier when I followed what I intuitively knew was right - for me.
C Suite Wellness was created to help others reach the same revelations. It’s okay to make a change. It’s ok to try something different. You’re entitled to peace, happiness, and satisfaction in your career. Once you find that one thing that really speaks to you, I guarantee you will be amazed at how different you feel!

Once we know the target, we’ll create a plan to land your dream role!
